THE HEART OF OUR INSPIRATION

In a world where countless hearts suffer in silence, these pitstops offer more than just an experience; they provide a sanctuary for those yearning to heal. Each traveller embarks on a deeply personal journey, one that ignites a unique flame of hope and connection within. Our mission is to rekindle the lost spiritual ties that bind us, drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Gita and other Vedic scriptures. We invite only those whose hearts ache for peace and tranquillity, calling to the compassionate spirit that resides in all of us.
This initiative is rooted in profound empathy, driven by our desire to alleviate suffering and nurture the souls of those who seek solace. Operating as a non-profit, every ounce of our effort and every penny raised is redirected to spread the teachings of the Gita and Vedic wisdom throughout India. We envision a World Centre of Gita Education in Dehradun, a beacon of hope for the lost and the weary. Our journey is not confined to the leaders of a new India; it extends its embrace to every corner of this sacred land, aspiring to touch the hearts of all who are in pain. Together, we can transform despair into hope, one soul at a time.

Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School (BGIS) was founded by HDG A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, the founder Acharya of ISKCON, in Vrindavan in the year 1976. He envisioned to create men of character and competence who can lead and inspire others. It is affiliated to ICSE / ISC Board and is ranked as the best boarding school in Uttar Pradesh and among the top 10 boarding schools of India by Education World Rankings, 2023.

BGIS provides a unique experience of education, both spiritual and academic – children will effectively develop and grow into becoming the next league of scientists, social activists, entrepreneurs, professionals and Olympic winners but with a compassionate heart to serve society.

BGIS celebrated the inauguration of its new campus with world-class facilities for the holistic development of its students. The hostel is located in a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life. BGIS provides the latest facilities and cutting-edge technology yet maintains a firm connection with Nature. The gurukula lifestyle ensures that the students are physically fit, mentally alert and spiritually connected.

India For Transformation (IFT) is India’s first travel for transformation initiative established with the vision of revolutionizing the current standards of travel experiences in India. Unlike a typical travel organization, IFT is led by a consortium of globally and nationally renowned educators, industry pioneers and change-agents who have come together to add a whole new meaning to the concept of traveling to India.

We bring world leaders together for a life changing inner journey centered on the timeless wisdom of Gita Experience a gradual, yet transformative journey of inner discovery in association with like minded leaders and inspiring mentors.

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), otherwise known as the Hare Krishna movement, includes five hundred major centers, temples and rural communities, nearly one hundred affilated vegetarian restaurants, thousands of namahattas or local meeting groups, a wide variety of community projects, and millions of congregational members worldwide. Although less than fifty years on the global stage, ISKCON has expanded widely since its founding by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda in New York City in 1966. ISKCON belongs to the Gaudiya-Vaishnava sampradāya, a monotheistic tradition within the Vedic or Hindu culture. Philosophically it is based on the Sanskrit texts Bhagavad-gītā and the Bhagavat Purana, or Srimad Bhagavatam. These are the historic texts of the devotional bhakti yoga tradition, which teaches that the ultimate goal for all living beings is to reawaken their love for God, or Lord Krishna, the “all-attractive one”.
